Angela Shopper
Angela Shopper, founder of Top Priority Wireless, LLC.
Angela (Dalrymple) Shopper has been in the wireless industry for over 10 years. She has a B.S. in Human Recources Management and an Masters in Business Administration. She previously worked for Verizon, Sprint and Southwestern Bell Mobile Systems.
Shopper is an advocate for children and has been a licensed foster parent for TFI since 2002. She was recognized with Volunteer of the Year for Boys and Girls Club in 1996. Shopper is a registered Educational Advocate for children without parents or guardians to represent their educational needs. She is also an e-mentor for high school students and a Youth Friend in USD 204.
Shopper is a board member for Intensive Family Counseling, Inc which provides a family approach to preserving the family unit preventing children from being removed from their home and placed in foster care or juvenile custody.
